    In response to an earlier review by a Mr Ceniza:
    Oh my, how unfortunate for you. Although your review started in a sensible and factual manner by the end of it your remarks evolved into an overly emotive spiteful tirade.
    I have taken my dog to Penny for over 6 years now and am more than happy with the quality of her work and the level of care for our extremely precious pampered family pet.
    She is always honest and straight to the point with her advice and doesn't sugar coat the facts...just the way it should be :)
